LiDARUSA Warranty
LiDARUSA provides a one (1) year warranty covering parts and labor for any equipment malfunction resulting from normal use. We reserve the right to inspect the equipment for external damage or tampering. Should external damage or tampering be evident, or if the instrument has in any way been opened for inspection, reverse engineering (strictly prohibited), etc., without authorization, then the warranty will be void. If the system has been used in environments beyond that identified in the specifications or stored improperly (e.g. 60C, storage in a damp shed, etc.) then the warranty will be void.
Should the instrument need to be returned during the first 12 month period, shipment costs to LiDARUSA is the responsibility of the client. LiDARUSA will be responsible for return shipment costs. In either case LiDARUSA is not responsible for insurance on the instrument at any time.
LiDARUSA does not offer UAV/Drone Flight Training.
Any applicable tax, VAT, shipping, duties, etc are the responsibility of the client.
LiDARUSA is not responsible for any damage to your person, property, equipment, etc. as a result of a vehicle crash, even if that vehicle was purchased through LiDARUSA.
All LiDARUSA sales will be performed under either the Incoterms 2010 EXW or FCA.

Velodyne warranty
Velodyne provides a one year warranty on parts and labor after which repairs are billed by time and materials required. Their support page can be found at http://www.velodynelidar.com/lidar/hdlsupport/support.aspx. These are tough little scanners and shouldn't need much in the way of maintenance. The Velodyne scanners are subject to the Velodyne warranty and maintenance programs and are not the responsibility of LiDAR USA.
Quanergy warranty
Quanergy provides warranty information in their Terms Of Sale document which can be found at http://quanergy.com/purchasing/TermsofSale.pdf.
Here's the key statement: The Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser of Products installed on the Purchaser equipment for which the Product was purchased, against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (or as required by applicable law).
LIDARUSA warrants that the system will be completely tested in a real-world setting prior to delivery.

FARO warranty
FARO provides warranty information at http://www.faro.com/site/support. Be sure to check with your FARO representative to determine what warranty program works best for you. The FARO FOCUS 3D is subject to the FARO warranty and maintenance programs and is not the responsibility of LiDAR USA. For clarity, as of February 2013 the SCENE software maintenance is $990/year, the hardware maintenance for the FOCUS starts at $3990, and upgrades for new hardware components is variable (the last one was $3990 for the compass, etc.). These prices are subject to change and are provided with the intent to inform the buyer with the best available information.
DJI warranty

This warranty does not apply to any Products that have been (i) subject to misuse, neglect, or abuse, (ii) improperly installed or maintained, (iii) repaired or altered by any party other than VectorNav; or (iv) acquired or used in violation of these Terms and Conditions. The warranty period for Products repaired or replaced will be the balance of the Warranty Period.
